Today, there are so many issues facing our law enforcement, we find it necessary for our listeners to be informed and educated on not just how the department operates, but exactly what our officers go through on a daily basis.
Sgt. James Smallwood is a 10-year plus MNPD veteran and current President of the Andrew Jackson Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police. In January 2020, United States Attorney General William Barr appointed Sergeant Smallwood to the 18-member Presidential Commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Justice.
