On this weeks episode I have a look at how long we can realistically focus throughout our day.
As the season is changing to spring I have been doing some self reflection, looking at my schedule and making adjustments to my routine so that I can optimise my time and use my energy most efficiently.
It is really important to take account how we are spending our time and incorporating rest into our schedules to avoid things like burn out.
