CrossFit vs. Pregnancy

Episode 21 welcomes an old fitness industry friend of Meisha's, Jordan Bath.

Jordan is 29 and the co-owner of BodyByJR which offers coaching and training in their gym and online.

During her competitive fitness journey as a bikini athlete, she lost her periods but really wanted to have children after getting married to Ray, her partner of 10 years. She went on a tough amenorrhea recovery journey and had 2 miscarriages along the way but now has 2 children; Melia who's 3 and Jude who's 10 months.

Meisha and Jordan discuss the highs and lows it took for Jordan to become a mummy, including what had to be done for her to get her menstrual cycle back. Right up to the current day and how the journey has got her to a place of genuine contentment and the fittest she's ever been!
