She is a Solutions Architect and Manager @ Avanade, with over 14 years of quality work experience. She has architected, deployed and administered Software Projects across various industry verticals including Banking, Manufacturing, Education, Health, Oil&Gas and Public Sector.
Her goal over the years has been to help the Knowledge Workers do more with less and I have found a deep connection with the concept of Citizen Development as an enabler in Enterprises to achieve this.
She believes strongly in knowledge sharing and is a Microsoft community leader who has been awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for 3 consecutive years. She is an advocate for women’s empowerment through Technology and is the Founder of TechStylers – a community to upskill ladies and women in technology through coaching and 360-degree mentoring. She is also an active member of CWiT – Connecting Women in Technology, Ireland.

Andrew: I’m part of the team of experts at Proximo 3, a specialist Microsoft consulting company. Our team provides consultancy and advice on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform projects. I’m a passionate believer in applying change management to CRM projects and a certified Prosci practitioner.
I’ve been a Microsoft Business Applications MVP, specialising in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, since 2017.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, marketing and CRM, I’ve worn multiple hats as a user, consultant, and trainer.
