Her case didn't get national media attention because, at the same time, Laci Peterson and Natalie Holloway's cases were in the news. A key found in Tamika's car led police to give Tamika the justice she deserved 15 months later.

Sydney's wife finds out and constantly sends threats, and harassing her. They end their relationship and Heather moves on, going on her first date with a guy. In the early morning of December 18, 2013, Heather mysteriously vanished. Police investigate Sydney and Tammy Moore to be involved in the disappearance. 7 years later, they have both said they are innocent and no one knows where Heather Elvis is.

In this week's episode, Jade discusses the murder of 19 year-old Tracie McBride, a solider who was recently assigned to Goodfellow Air Force Base, in San Angelo, Texas. 10 days later when she was kidnapped, raped and murdered by fellow army solider Louis Jones Jr. He confessed and in court said that he was suffering from Gulf War syndrome which led to him killing Tracie. Louis Jones was convicted and sentenced to death, after numerous appeals he was executed on March 18, 2003 at the Terre Haute Penitentiary.
