What is Criminal AF about?
Criminal AF is a comedic-informative, true crime-ish, podcast. Yes, we talk about the horrors of true crime, but we also like to have fun doing it. Whether it's a dumbass criminal, a Keystone Cop, a serial killer writing a poem in lieu of a suicide note or a Florida Man, we can find humor in just about anything.

Why did you start this show?
Dave wanted to begin a podcast with his sons in 2019, so he bought some equipment and set up an area in the basement of his house. However, scheduling conflicts with work and his youngest son attending college, those plans fell through. Dave was now left with this equipment and rather than sell it or give it away, he figured he'd give it a go on his own, then The Serialholic, a narrative, true crime podcast was born. It would be a couple years before the concept of Criminal AF came about.
What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?
The goal is to change the stigma of True Crime storytelling. Rather than telling a story in a dark and ominous tone, it can be told in a way that makes true crime stories fascinating, intriguing and dare we say, fun. Dave and Garrett's personalities really show in the episodes and prove that there can even be comedy found within these stories.
Which episode should someone start with?
The most current to get a feel of who Dave and Garrett really are. However, if you'd like to follow along with the progression the two have made since coming together, start from the beginning. Mind you, their chemistry takes a bit to build Lol!!
Which have been your favourite episodes so far?
Episode 22 - Love on the Rocks Episode 42 - Mother F#cking Virgin - Kevin Davis And of course, the tongue in cheek fan response episodes called Mostly Fans. Very fun to do that one.
Which episode are you most proud of?
Episode 25 - LYTD - The Manslaughter of Conrad Roy Episode 39 - SUCK IT UP!! - The Torture Death of Adrian Jones Both episodes are probably the most heart wrenching episodes we have done. Took a lot of composure to get through but the stories needed to told and shared.
What is your vision for your show?
We will soon be diversifying the Criminal AF brand with a second podcast, currently in the development stage. The hope is that both podcasts will help take Criminal AF, LLC to the next level.

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?
It's a play on the descriptive term "As F***", or "AF". Since it's a true crime podcast, you could say these episodes, and the people in them, are Criminal AF!!
Tell us a bit about yourself
Dave and Garrett met in an Academy class when they both were hired for their current job in 2015 and became fast friends, despite their age difference of nearly 20 years.

One of the best true crime podcasts humour is rife but the facts are always delivered can't fault this show Dave and Garret work so well together brilliant show.
