Crime Dolls Podcast - Who Stole Sally's Light: Part 1
play

01/17/20 • 14 min

1972, in a Chicago Suburb, 14 year old Sally Kandel goes for a bike ride after dinner, and is never seen alive again.
Credit should also be given where it is more than deserved; Lucky Mah Nah (Luckymanah), a wonderful Web Sleuther, sent me tons of article clippings, thus filling in the many holes pertaining to the information circulated about her. Including where she lived and the map of where she was found, and of course, the photo of the murder weapon. I appreciate all of your help, thank you so much for helping me with this and confirming my belief that the community over at Websleuths is a wonderful place, even if the subject matter is often sad and morbid. It takes a village sometimes, and I am overjoyed with the amount of details you provided to me. It was important to me because I grew up there. I felt that I needed to understand fully where everything took place.
Additional apologies for any weird background noise, planes, dogs... couldn't really x it out
