Well known, and up-and-coming guests—ranging from artists, actors, musicians, authors, illustrators, chefs, designers, and more—share starts, struggles, triumphs, and more in compelling, thought-provoking interviews. The show is sure to inspire, spark curiosity, and maybe even having you dust off that clarinet, pick up a paintbrush, start that novel, or anything else you can dream.

Firstly, I want to thank all the guests and listeners for supporting the show thus far! 100 episodes is a huge milestone and I am honored to reach it, and look forward to what else is in store for the podcast.
It was SO much fun to have the a turn on the other side of the microphone for this special milestone episode! Mark Alan Miller and Elizabeth MacDuffie (both podcast alums) and I sat down for a chat and I got to experience first hand what it was like to have some of the very questions I ask guests, be asked of me. It was such a delight, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I!

Elizabeth MacDuffie is the Editor-In-Chief of Meat for Tea: The Valley Review. It was founded by Elizabeth MacDuffie and Alexandra Wagman.

MFT is a non-academic affiliated magazine committed to recognizing and featuring the work of the artists, writers, and musicians living in western Massachusetts and beyond.
I had the pleasure of sitting down to talk with Elizabeth a few months ago about her creative life, and passions, and how she got started running a literary journal. She, and her husband, sound engineer Mark Alan Miller, are of the first couple I've ever interviewed. Check out his episode as well!
Elizabeth also hosts the podcast, Meat for Teacast, available here, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Electric Violinist GINNY LUKE’s highly anticipated and long-awaited debut solo vocal album, Devil at My Heels, is due out November 1 on KZZ Music/Blue Élan Records. The album combines melody, muscle, and message into an irresistible and immaculately executed 12 tracks bristling with anthemic hooks, soaring singing, and Luke’s signature approach to violin as a scintillating rock instrument. It’s boldly evidenced in the title track featuring Orianthi, which was released earlier this year as the first single and video which has already racked up over 34,000 views and can be seen on Luke’s official YouTube page.

The album’s second single, “Yeah Yeah Yeah,” was recently released on all digital outlets, including her official YouTube page. “It’s badass melodic rock with scorching violin,” LUKE enthused. “And a declaration of my autonomy and the journey of understanding my human experience.”
