With the Pandemic, the BLM protest and now the Wild Fires, there is a 6% of Oregon at risk of not being counted in the 2020 census. This are likely the most marginalized communities that can not afford to be further underfunded (houseless, BIPOC, LGBTQA+, with disabilities, immigrants, children under 5,etc.)
