In today's episode, we talk about Mental Illness. Co-host Zane shares that he has been diagnosed with Insomniac, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression and how that affects his workflow, creativity, and life.

Are there more people with mental illness in the creative arts? Do creative arts cause mental illness or if you have a mental illness are you more drawn to creative arts?

Storytelling has been essential for human survival. Before humans could read and write we relied on oral storytelling to pass down vital information from one generation to the next generation. These berries will kill you, but these berries will nourish you. We are hardwired to listen to stories.

Editing is about refining, chipping away, honing in, changing, and adapting your creative work. Editing is part of the creative process and we need to talk about how important it is as a creative. But when do you know it is ready?
