Jason and Jim tell us where Zaftig the name comes from, how they got started, the trials and tribulation of expanding several times over the last 7 years, why they specialize in high gravity beer, and the exciting news of opening a brew pub with a full kitchen and menu and well as a full bar and a comfortable atmosphere to hang out in.

We learn how the concept was born, where the name came from. We also learn about a talented Brew Master named Enrique Iglesias, how they pulled this all together and became successful without being too serious and having a lot of fun along the way.
