In this week’s episode, you will receive a meditation to reach a more embodied state.

Embodiment is a process of recognizing that you are a spirit in human form, you have a physical body and it is yours to use as you want to. Many of us with histories of abuse, complex PTSD, PTSD and/or living in chronic pain have the ability to disassociate from our bodies.

It is impossible for your cortisol levels, the stress hormone, to drop when you are disassociated.

Read that again.

It is impossible for your cortisol levels to drop when you are disassociated. Consistently high cortisol leads to weight gain/difficulty losing weight, brain fog, decreased absorbtion of minersals, heart issues and so much more.

Let's get back into our bodies to avoid all of this!

In this episode, you will participate in:

-a grounding meditation in your favorite place outdoors;

-a process to move into a safe space for your mind, body and spirit;

-a meditation to allow you to feel your body without the pain or worry that comes along with it;

-a process to feel the safety that is possible in your body;

-encouragement to stay embodied throughout your day.
