To make pancakes, you'll need:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- oil
- toppings
You will also need a bowl and a pan.
Put 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of milk and 2 eggs into a bowl and mix them to make pancake mix.
Put oil into a pan and when hot pour the pancake mix onto the pan and flip them when they need to.
Remember to always get help from a grown-up when working in the kitchen.
When cooked, put the pancakes on a plate and add whatever toppings you like!

- Oats (100g)
- Dried fruit (50g)
- A squeeze of honey
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Then form them into small balls – about six or so of them – and pop the in the fridge.

To make Eggy Bread, you'll need:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp of milk
- butter
- 2 tsp of vegetable oil
- cinnamon or sugar
You will also need a knife and a bowl.
Slice the bread, and crack 2 eggs into a bowl. Then add 2 tbsp of milk and the bread into the bowl until they are soaked.
Melt the butter and add 2 tsp of vegetable oil into the bowl.
Fry the eggy bread until golden, and add some flavour by sprinkling cinnamon or sugar over the top.

To make Spicy Tofu, you will need:
- an egg
- 4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp of Chinese fire spice
- tofu
- green vegetables
You will also need two bowls, a greased baking tray and oven gloves.
Crack the egg into a bowl and put 4tbsp of breadcrumbs and 1tsp of Chinese fire spice into a seperate bowl.
Cube to tofu into the beaten egg then dip them in the breadcrumb mix and put them onto a greased baking tray. Bake until golden all over.
Remember to always get help from a grown-up when working in the kitchen.
While the tofu is in the oven prepare your vegetables, maybe roast some broccoli, anything you like! You can have your spicy tofu with noodles, rice or whatever you fancy.

Pancake day will be here faster than you think! Dara's telling us how to make pancakes!
You'll need:
- 200g of flour
- two eggs
- 400ml of milk
You'll also need a bowl and spoon and a frying pan.
Start by mixing your ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon. When you've done that, leave the mixture for about ten minutes.
Heat your pan on the stove and using a spoon dollop the mixture one spoonful at a time into the middle of the pan.
Cook until golden brown, flip, and repeat! Yummy!
