Stephanie LeBlanc-Godfrey is the Global Head of Inclusion Programs for Women of Color at Google and the founder of Parenting Backwards.
She has a deep passion for investing in the growth and success of women by intentionally building community in areas they don't naturally occur. This work includes the co-creation of a portfolio of women of color summits (Asian, Indigenous and Latinas), including the State of Black Women @Google Summit and Collective, an initiative designed for black women Googlers, globally, to have dedicated space for community, conversation and connection.
Her career started in infrastructure engineering within the finance industry and shifted to digital media, where she spent over 10 years leading inventory forecasting and yield analysis for major media conglomerates such as Forbes Media, FOX News Digital, and NBC News Digital. Most notably she worked on the divestiture of NBC digital media properties from Microsoft, bringing their top digital media sites back under the NBC Universal umbrella.
Stephanie is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor's of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and a New York native. She's married and a mom of three.

An activist at her core, Kristin began her career in the LGBTQ+ arena as an intern for the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force in the ‘90s, and cut her teeth in politics managing a field office during the same-sex marriage campaigns of the 2000s.
Never afraid to voice important questions, Kristin’s style of leadership is transparent, bold, and collaborative. As Director of AIDS/LifeCycle, she led a team of high-performing fundraisers toward goals viewed as “impossible” by others, achieving a $1 million (20%) increase in fundraising in her first year. Most recently, Kristin brought her passion for advocacy and inclusion to the C-suite Director of Programs role for the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where she oversaw a portfolio that included 150 staff and a $15 million budget.
In that role as a senior leader for the world’s largest LGBT organization, Kristin served as an inclusion champion, overseeing organization-wide efforts to improve services to and employment practices for lesbian and bi women, and cross-departmental collaboration among providers of services to the Trans community. Kristin led workgroups focused on culture, coached directors and middle managers, and helped to develop policies, programs and trainings to increase employee engagement and belonging.

Natalye Paquin is the president and chief executive officer of Points of Light. She is a visionary and results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance and transformation in turnaround and high-paced organizations. Prior to joining Points of Light in 2017, Natalye served as chief transformation officer at Girl Scouts of the USA, where she was responsible for strategy integration and was the key face and spokesperson for aligning and unifying the Girl Scouts federation of 112 councils around the strategy. Natalye also served five years as chief executive officer of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, the state’s largest girl-serving organization and among the largest Girl Scouts councils in the nation. She began her career in the nonprofit sector as chief operating officer of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, after having been a volunteer, helping the center think through its education and new audience development programs.
An attorney by training, Natalye spent more than 15 years in the education sector in legal and executive leadership roles. First as a civil rights attorney with the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, and with two of the nation’s largest school districts, Chicago Public Schools and the School District of Philadelphia. She began her legal career in private practice as a litigation attorney.
For more than a decade, Natalye has been a director on a corporate board. She currently serves as director of UNIVEST Corporation of Pennsylvania, and is a former director of National Penn Bancshares, which was acquired by BB&T. A philanthropist and committed volunteer, Natalye has served on several nonprofit boards in the arts and education, and is past board chair of the Philadelphia Award Foundation. Recognized for her leadership and commitment to community, she has received numerous awards and has been profiled in several professional magazines.
Natalye Paquin earned a juris doctor from DePaul University College of Law and an undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University. A lifelong learner, she was a national fellow of the Eli Broad Urban Superintendents Academy, has completed executive education programs at Harvard and Loyola University Business Schools, attended the Aspen Ideas Festival as a scholar, and was a distinguished guest of the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General Civic Leaders Tour.

Carla Harris is a Vice Chairman, Managing Director, and Senior Client Advisor at Morgan Stanley. She is responsible for increasing client connectivity and penetration to enhance revenue generation across the firm. She formerly headed the Emerging Manager Platform, the equity capital markets effort for the consumer and retail industries, and was responsible for Equity Private Placements. In her 30 year career, Ms. Harris has had extensive industry experiences in the technology, media, retail, telecommunications, transportation, industrial, and healthcare sectors. In August 2013, Carla Harris was appointed by President Barack Obama to chair the National Women’s Business Council.
For more than a decade, Ms. Harris was a senior member of the equity syndicate desk and executed such transactions as initial public offerings for UPS, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Ariba, Redback, the General Motors sub-IPO of Delphi Automotive, and the $3.2 billion common stock transaction for Immunex Corporation, one of the largest biotechnology common stock transactions in U.S. history. Ms. Harris was named to Fortune Magazine’s list of “The 50 Most Powerful Black Executives in Corporate America”, Fortune’s Most Influential List, U. S. Bankers Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Finance (2009, 2010, 2011), Black Enterprise’s Top 75 Most Powerful Women in Business (2017), and “Top 75 African Americans on Wall Street”, and to Essence Magazine’s list of “The 50 Women Who are Shaping the World”, Ebony’s list of the Power 100 and “15 Corporate Women at the Top” and was named “Woman of the Year 2004” by the Harvard Black Men’s Forum and in 2011 by the Yale Black Men’s Forum.
Lifestylist and branding coach Harriette Cole has devoted her career to supporting people as they build their dreams. For 20 years she has coached entertainers, entrepreneurs and business professionals to present their brands effectively, including entertainers Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, Erykah Badu, Carl Thomas, JoJo, Neon Hitch, Nico & Vinz and Andra Day; as well as corporate and not-for-profit professionals such as ZenithOptimedia, MoxieInteractive, Digitas, IPG Mediabrands, BET Networks, the National Urban League, Bank of America and Lockheed Martin.
For 15 years Cole has written the nationally syndicated advice column, Sense & Sensitivity. She has penned 7 books, including the bestselling Jumping the Broom: The African American Wedding Planner, How to Be, Choosing Truth, and 108 stitches: words we live by. Cole executive produces and hosts a weekly video series, The Root Live: Bring it to the Table, presented by Prudential. Harriette has been a contributor to the Today Show for more than a decade.
In 2016 Cole launched an inspirational and educational initiative, DREAMLEAPERS, which is a multi-pronged engagement designed to help people access and activate their dreams. Cole co-executive produced a television special about Prince that was nominated for an NAACP Award.
Cole started her career at ESSENCE magazine where she served as Contemporary Living Editor and Fashion Director. She was founding Editorial Director of UPTOWN magazine, editor of American Legacy Woman, and creative director and Editor-in-Chief of EBONY.

She is responsible for creating and attracting a more a diverse workforce, tapping into the power of our differences to develop and retain talent, creating a culture of inclusion, and showcasing Fidelity’s reputation and brand as an inclusive employer and service provider.
Wendy is a 23-year Fidelity veteran who has served in several key leadership roles across Relationship Management, ClientServices/Operations, Global Workforce Strategy, Program Management,Implementation and Benefits Consulting. Most recently, she served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Dee was recently named Top 25 Most Influential Black Women in Business by The Network Journal and Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs.
Dee is a genius in leveraging new media, establishing a community service movement in the height of the recession by leveraging social media that grew to a network of over 200k members in three countries and in over 25 U.S. markets. Her company provides services to major corporations to assist with strategy, programs and initiatives to support inclusion, workplace culture, learning and development goals. Dee is a survivor and go-to on career transitions and reinvention. Prior to launching her diversity consulting practice, she built her credibility coaching through career transitions as a result of her own journey down 33 flights of stairs at One New York Plaza on September 11th after witnessing the terrorists attack on the World Trade Center.
Marshall has given of her time and talent to several major nonprofit organizations, including the Board of Directors for the YWCA Central New Jersey, the Women’s Center for Education and Career Advancement New York, the Board of Advisors for Rutgers Small Business Development Center, The New York Women’s Foundation, and others. She is a United Way New York Linkages Board Fellow, a Google Tech Policy Fellow, a certified credentialed Coach and a graduate of the distinguished Skinner Leadership Institute. As a result of her service to women, she has received numerous awards that include the United States of Women Nominated Change Maker, NAACP Community Service Award, Delta Sigma Theta Women of Achievement Award, and many more.
