Have you ever noticed how quickly politicians turn to science to affirm their political agenda? More than that, have you ever wondered why there are so many groups with a supposedly scientific or medical purpose that are so willing to lend an air of credibility to a political agenda?
It happens a lot, but the right and the left, so it is good for us as Christians to pause and consider how we ought to respond.
