Dr. Green, MD, FASAM, ABPN, ABPN originally trained in Anesthesiology, but after confronting his own addiction issues in 2004 decided to train in Psychiatry and dedicate himself to helping those who struggle with addiction and co-occurring mental illness. Dr. Green is Board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine and has worked in addiction treatment in the DFW for the last 11 years. Lauren and Dr. Green discuss different aspects of addiction psychiatry like cannabis use, adolescent rates, and how parents can talk to their teens.
