Stephanie Goldsmith, Ph.D. (she/her) is the Owner and Clinical Director at Goldsmith Psychological Services located in Claremont, California She provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy as well as post-graduate supervision to associate clinicians. Stephanie specializes in providing care from a process-oriented perspective informed by her extensive training and experience in Gestalt Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and “Parts” work. While she works with a variety of clinical issues and concerns, some of her specialty areas include trauma, dissociation, interpersonal relationships and communication, eating disorders and body image concerns, and LGBTQI issues.
Stephanie is a Certified Gestalt Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, is trained in EMDR and EFT “Tapping.” She is the Co-Director for Gestalt Associates Training, Los Angeles, an international training program dedicated to the application and development of contemporary Gestalt theory and practice. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at a doctorate program for a University in Southern California where she enjoys teaching and mentoring students.
