Our clients, Sophie, Chris and their two children relocated to a beautiful village in Herefordshire, overlooking the Malvern Hills. They had found the perfect location, but their house, with its dark rooms and small kitchen, didn’t suit their family life. In this podcast, our clients talk to us about their journey; through the design and construction process, and the transformational effect of the extension on their family life.

Our clients relocated from their countryside home into a market town, where they found a 1970s house, surrounded by gardens, in an ideal location. They loved the setting of their new home but felt the house required renovation in order to update the facade and provide a more spacious living environment. This podcast walks us through their journey, from finding and choosing a house to hiring an architect, to the realities of living and working with builders on site during a construction project, and the delight of living in their completed extension. “Living here, it was ok before but it’s brilliant now. It just lifts the spirit.”

We first began working with St. Matthias Church, Torquay, in 2015. The church had a thriving congregation but needed to reconsider how it used its space to reflect its vibrant, modern outlook. St. Matthias formally reopened in December 2019 when the reordering work was completed. In this episode we catch up with PCC members Sylvia, John and Paul, a little over two years after the reopening, to review the process and reflect on the evolution of this wonderful building.

Join us as we follow their journey which resulted in a beautiful, environmentally responsible home ...
