Meet Coming to B host, Bashir Haneef Ali, born and raised in the South Bronx of New York City in the 1960s. Growing up in a place and time plagued by crime, drugs, incarceration, and major health issues, Ali explores the experiences that led him to a clean, sober, and successful life - one that could only be achieved as a result of selfless service to others.

The purpose of Coming to B is to carry a message of hope by interviewing ordinary people who have accomplished extraordinary things. Not rappers, athletes, celebrities, millionaires, etc. - in fact, the opposite. Rather, our team looks to interview people on a granular level that simply work hard, found their path in life, and are looking to share that path with others.
