This Episode the fellas have Zoe Putorak of Phoenix gym in Canberra on the podcast to talk to her starting Muaythai at a young age to become a mutliple WMC national champ and a Gold Medalist at the IFMA games in 2019. They also talk to Zoe about her helping mentor some of the newer fighters on the Phoenix team coming up and how teammates have to keep each other accountable if you want to be the best and how she has spend her time in lockdown but is now back into training.
