Cold Case Files: Happily Ever After?

This week, Elissa and Morissa take on a potential insurance fraud case of a guy who allegedly fakes his own disappearance from his family and society only to re-emerge 20 years later.

Orphan boy kidnaps some kids from London to a place without technology. There, they are forced to join a gang and battle a band of racist pirates led buy a man with severe herpetophobia. While serious crimes, there isn't any murder-- so that's good, right?

Elissa has found a strange case where everyone's behavior is criminal-- including the police. Step-mothers strike again as two children get abandoned to fend for themselves in the forest. They stumble upon a house owned by an old woman who practices cannibalism. Later, the girl (Gretel) is accused of murder when it was clearly self defense.
