We all have issues going on, worries, doubts, etc. Having a little bit more perspective for things and people... can go a long way. Besides, I don't want to be more exhausted than I already am. ;-)

Great reminder that I've heard before - from myself ...with the help of an Andy Andrews book ("The Travelers Gift")... about changing my actions will change my future. I also know it will create a better past for me to lean on - since, our past is our best mentor - that really helps.

Some powerful reminders I have been getting lately about not giving up. Stacking those wins up every day, which then means we can start stacking those days into helping us do great things - for ourselves and others.

A fabulous weekend capped off by a little trip I took Sunday - leaving early in the morning & spending it with some incredible people. It got me choked up talking about this & sharing what the day was all about. My challenge to you, find what is it that tugs at your heart strings & have the guts to get after doing those things. Letting my guard down a bit here with how much of a dork that I am at times... great way to start my day laughing at myself. :-) Since we have the power to choose, we have the power to change!!

I've told my buddy Sam Crowley, he would have made a really good teacher. He's teaching lessons every time he puts out any content. This one is a lesson he has shared before, but I guess it took me a long time to let it sink in enough to use and to share it with you. Sam has said "don't let a bad 5 minutes turn into a bad day!"
