If we could be granted a magic wish as mothers, a lot of us would choose to control our teenagers. Unfortunately or fortunately, they have free will and with that comes the possibility of making mistakes but let's remember that, just like us, they came on earth to learn and we can't deprive them from this opportunity!

Things being as they are, if we want to keep our sanity and have the best relationship that we can have with out teenagers, we MUST develop the habit of trusting the Universe to guide and protect them... that's a topic that is a topic that I covered in my "More faith in the Universe" episode. We must let go of the desire to control and get out of the way of the Universe and their inner wisdom to guide them.

In this episode I propose an alternative in the the form of a question. This approach has been a big help for me and my "mom clients" as well as improved our teens level of thrust in us being on their side.
