How to use the circletheW Methodology

Step 1. - Buy a dry erase calendar, large and hang it in a high traffic area where ur going to see it every day.

Step 2. - On paper Write down Goals 20s

Step 3. - Identify by name - who is this going to impact other than u, if u hit these goals. Write their full name by the goal.

Step 4. - Make a promise that is tied to those goals - This is ur purpose - your promise you’re unwilling to break - Write it on ur mirror

Step 5. - Create 5 actionable steps you have to do - to win the day.

Step 6 - Circle the W or List the Loss

Step 7. After completing any actionable step 21 days in a row - replace it with someone a bit harder

The path of Who you could be if you were completely who you were is through the truth. But the truth will also crush anything inside of you that isn’t worth it as it sets you free. And that’s a process of burning. Because you cling to what you don’t want to be. Partly due to laziness, being content, and self-sabotage.

You can’t be casual about claiming what you believe

Adherence to the truth and courage in the face of being

Nothing in life is trivial, it’s all profound. You must develop relationships with the profound. And what’s more profound than the truth?

There is no shortage of deadwood to burn off.

Allow everything that’s not worthy of your goals to die.

The alternative to the truth leads us to the deepest and darkest hells man has ever produced.

What you get won’t make you happy. Who you become will, or will not make u happy.

During Nick's battle with a cancer diagnosis at the age of 32, he found an algorithm for success using NLP's methodologies to create rapid, radical, and sustainable change no matter your conditions in life. In a small amount of time, Nick was able to transform his physical body using fitness and nutrition which lead him down a path of Self Management using the techniques and mindset strategies he learned during his professional career and during the battle we waged on the chemo ward floor.
