In the last few weeks I have connected with a number of people who don't like seeing themselves on camera. It simply freaks them out and makes them very uncomfortable.

Like anything, the more you try the easier it gets. But often that's easier said than done, so in today's episode I'm going to share some insights on why you should get in front of the camera, how to deal with the weird part and what you can do if you just can't bring yourself to stepping in front of the lens.
