In this episode, Dre is joined by actress, writer, and sacred space-holder Jane Sibbett, for a powerful conversation on goddess circles, grief rituals, and the unexpected ways our gifts awaken.

Jane shares the story of how she was first called to host a goddess circle as a new mom, with no idea what it meant but an undeniable “yes” in her bones. That night changed her life. Since then, she’s been devoted to circling, witnessing, and channeling healing through what she now calls “Dancing Hands”—a divine energy transmission that flows through her hands like a prayer in motion.

Together, Dre and Jane explore the witch wound, the healing power of women’s voices, and what happens when we stop performing and start simply being. They talk about grief, ego, trust, miracles, and the moment Jane was lovingly told: “Drop the script.”

Whether you’re curious about the origins of circling, walking through loss, or wondering how your gifts want to be used—this episode will stir something deep in your spirit.

In this episode, Dre sits down with renowned energy healer, spiritual teacher, and clairvoyant Kathryn Schiff — founder of Ground and Gold, a school dedicated to intuition and healing. Kathryn’s mission is to demystify the mystical and help weave spiritual connection into modern, everyday life.

They explore how everyone has access to their own psychic and intuitive gifts — and how true healing begins when we shift our energy, step into neutrality, and trust ourselves. Kathryn dives into why boundaries are essential in intuitive practices, how to harness group energy for collective healing, and how to shift from being a passive participant in life to being in control of your own experience.

She reminds us: no one knows your path better than you. Teachers and mentors may light the way, but the ultimate power comes from realizing you are your own guru. Get ready to embody your own magic, understand the language of energy, and navigate life with more clarity, connection, and ease.

This week Dre is joined by award-winning journalist, bestselling author and TV host, Brooke Baldwin. For more than a decade, Brooke anchored her own live daily news show on CNN and was renowned for her versatility, authenticity, and humanity at the news desk. Her bombshell first person essay in Vanity Fair, “Leaving CNN Was How I Found My Voice,” as well as her weekly Substack “Unraveling, with Brooke Baldwin” are game changing displays of radical authenticity and the power of sharing our truths.

Her book, Huddle: How Women Unlock Their Collective Power explores the transformational benefits of women gathering and leaning on one another.

In this episode, Dre and Brooke circle around cultivating the courage to ask for help, our often unconscious participation in cultural standards and expectations that do not serve us, and how our individual unraveling is a part of our collective evolution for the highest good.

This impromptu episode happened organically, and I’m so grateful it did.

After listening to a deeply personal recording between Emily and I, my producer Tracey had an emotional reaction—and an epiphany. She realized that in her 40 + years of life, she had never told her friends she wasn’t okay. She had never asked for help. Always the cheerleader. Always the strong one.

So I invited her to drop in and let the circle hold her for a change.

This is what we mean when we say the circle continues. When one brave voice ripples into another. When the one holding space is invited to receive.

In this episode Dre welcomes actor, writer, director, and activist Saffron Burrows for a deep and honest conversation about what we inherit, what we unlearn, and what we choose to pass down.

Together they explore their activist upbringings, early brushes with adult realities, and the ongoing work of re-parenting yourself while raising children of your own. From Saffron’s teenage years navigating the fashion world with feminist clarity, to her belief in storytelling as a tool for collective awakening, this episode moves through identity, art, motherhood, and the quiet courage of telling your story on your own terms.

They reflect on the contradictions of being wise beyond your years, yet unprotected in crucial ways—and how those early experiences continue to shape how they parent, create, and show up in the world.

This conversation is about essence, safety, legacy, and love. It’s about rewriting the past while raising the future.

In this episode Dre reconnects with actor, activist, and author Maria Bello, who shares her expansive journey from early full moon circles in NYC to her work as a global storyteller and guide through midlife’s transitions.

Together, they explore midlife as a rite of passage—Maria’s experience with early menopause, her studies of Jung’s 7 Tasks of Crossing Over, and the importance of mentorship in aging with wisdom. They reflect on the shift from external seeking to radical self-acceptance, the power of life review, and the deepening value of energy exchange.

Maria discusses midwifing The Woman King, how writing our own obituaries can clarify our purpose, and why postmenopausal women are the wisdom keepers of the tribe. With humor, depth, and honesty, this conversation invites us to embrace midlife not as a crisis, but as an initiation into something richer, deeper, and more true.

In this episode, Dre welcomes the incomparable Colette Baron-Reid — intuitive, oracle card expert, and modern mystic. Together they explore the sacred symbolism of circles: connection, safety, and cosmic reset — and how even drawing a circle can calm the nervous system. Colette shares her extraordinary journey — from addiction and recovery to finding her path through coffee ground readings and a fated tarot session with her Jungian therapist. She reveals how oracle cards became her mirror, not her map — a tool for self-awareness, not fortune-telling. They talk about what it really means to co-create with the universe — to stop the grind, unplug from the noise, and ask the simple, soul-stirring question: “What do I need to know right now?” This episode is a call to reclaim your voice, tune in instead of check out, and stop outsourcing your power. It’s about staying curious, being accountable, and remembering: you are not lost — you are listening.
