Carla Ciepliski is an industrial engineer, consultant and coach with over 20 years of multi-sector experience including 6 years in the design and construction value chain. She helps companies along their transformational journey by improving business performance and building processes/systems to simultaneously achieve results, develop people and improve the operating culture. Carla’s career was grounded at Procter & Gamble with the ‘best in class’ application of tools, methodologies and innovations occurring at every level and location within the business. Inside this corporate environment, she held key leadership roles in multiple cities across North America before returning to western Canada to consult, leveraging the Lean ideology as one of the primary inspirations. She is also a very active volunteer in local construction association’s Lean Community of Practice activities as well as on the Board of Examiners for APEGA. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a way of resolving disputes without going to court. The three most commonly-used methods of ADR are negotiation, mediation and arbitration. Niamh is now working in the dispute resolution/ claims industry as an Associate Director with HKA specializing in productivity claims and delay analysis.
