Spiritual Abuse is when someone in the Church uses their beliefs as a means to hurt another person of the faith. Usually, this is a person of authority or influence in the Church. Sitting under abusive leaders for long periods of time can kill the desire to be in church.
My wife Andrea is back with me again to discuss four different types of church leadership that are spiritually abusive. Trigger Warning: one of them is misogynistic leadership.
Listen as we share testimonies, divulge the laughable mandates placed by leaders, while attempting to provide a means to begin the healing process for victims of spiritual abuse.
