And in the mid 2000s, I was working with a surgeon who was asking about a specific cytokine called IL 1RA, Interleukin 1 receptor antagonist, and asked, Hey, how much of that is in your PRP? And we did a analysis to look for it and there wasn't much. And so I was like, okay, that's interesting. So we started a path to try to find it within the blood, and then how could we concentrate it to make something that was more an anti inflammato
