Jocelyn Román is a woman of Mexican descent as well as a Spanish speaker who has been classified as a “pocha", Jocelyn understands the importance of making Spanish language learning fun for all ages and strives to do so in her role as Kallpachay Spanish Immersion’s Program Director, a position from which she oversees all of the company's Spanish programs and teachers.

She is passionate about bilingual and dual language education. She is an avid traveler and enjoys reading stories in Spanish with her daughter Daniela.
