This class begins with sun salutations to build a rhythm with the breath and a little heat, then moves on to some standing and balancing poses with extra strength builders built in, including Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) and Virabhdrasana III (Warrior III); peppered throughout the sequence are some simple twists and gentle backbends; to finish we will release the neck and stretch the side body. (65minutes/level 2)

We will move through some sun salutations at a steady pace that will build up internal heat, then move on to some longer held standing poses, including standing balances Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana 1 + 2; the class finishes with some forward bends, backbends and twists. (70 minutes/level 2)
