Chasing Cosby

Bill Cosby spends much of his childhood in a North Philadelphia housing project. He ends up getting his start in an unexpected way, quickly rising to fame. Decades later, one morning in January 2005, Andrea Constand wakes up sobbing from a nightmare.

The district attorney decides whether or not there’s enough evidence to bring criminal charges against Bill Cosby. Meanwhile, Tamara Green comes forward in hopes of corroborating Andrea’s story — and 12 others follow in her footsteps.

There are 63 women accusing Bill Cosby of assault or attempted assault when the district attorney decides to reopen the case. There’s also a growing movement underway, with many of the survivors joining forces to change the statute of limitations laws in their respective states.

With the retrial full speed ahead, there’s tension in the courtroom. Survivors take to the stand to confront Cosby face to face. Then, after more than a decade, we arrive at the moment of truth.
