In this episode of Chakras & Chardonnay, Maria is joined by Dakota Caldwell. Dakota is a host of the Dakota Show podcast as well as a DJ for Real Viarite Radio. He’s also been in the grocery business for 5 years at the Midwest Hy-Vee since graduating from Storm Lake High School.
Dakota reminds us that living life to the fullest is a choice and that it looks different for everyone. He also shares some mental health insights on how he mindfully communicates by owning his emotions to step out of “you” statements and how he is intentional about his alcohol consumption.
