CGTV - Keith Flores - Smart Choice/HVAC GOD
play

06/08/20 • 93 min

Welcome to the first episode of the second generation of The CGTV Podcast! We have a brand new intro that we’re pretty hyped about. Recognize the voice? If you’ve been following the show from the beginning, our hope is that we can continue to bring our listeners value and entertainment.
Today’s guest is Keith Flores, @HVACGOD on the gram, owner of Smart Choice Heating and Air. Fun fact: since recording this about a month ago, CGRE was able to get him and his family into a beautiful new home in the heart of Dover Shores in Newport Beach.
Keith is building an extremely strong local brand in Newport and Costa Mesa through the use of social media advertising, and local influencer partnerships with Bear Degidio @beardegidio, Chad Towerdsey AKA Uncle Tito @ocinstanews and Ashley Flores @ashleyfloresfit, just to name a few.
We talk about the struggle we share trying to build a digital brand, how frustrating partnerships can be when one side decides not to hold up their end of the bargain, whether or not you should wrap your vehicles with your logo and a whole lot more.
If you or anyone you know needs a new HVAC system as the so cal summer heat sets in, Keith and his team at Smart Choice Heating and Air have you covered!
You can find Keith on Instagram @hvacgod and @smartchoiceco
To book an appointment to have one of the men in black come out to check your heating or air visit them online👇🏼

CGTV - Jeni Castro - Coffee Dose
play

05/21/20 • 77 min

Jeni is a straight up rockstar. We had her on the show before the Covid crisis, and we didn’t air the episode because we had an issue with the audio and it wasn’t very relevant within the context of the global pandemic we were experiencing.
We had the pleasure of having the owner of one of our favorite local coffee shops in Costa Mesa on the show again! She’s so gracious. Coffee Dose is one of the local small businesses that has been able to stay open in Costa Mesa for to go, curbside pick up and delivery. Fortunately, they’re still open and have been able to continue dealing some major vibes!
Jeni is true to who she is and we love that about her. You’re going to love this one.
Make sure to follow Coffee Dose on Instagram @coffeedosecafe and check out all their awesome merchandise online at linktr.ee/coffeedosecafe
Enjoy the show!

Have you ever thought to yourself, “I know that a mortgage is a monthly house payment, but I don’t really know anything else about the mortgage industry?” If the answer is yes, then you’ll learn a ton from this episode with our good friend, Robert Drenk. Robert is the owner of Optimum First Mortgage, and is who CGRE uses as our preferred lender that we refer to clients and friends.
If you already know a good amount about lending and the mortgage industry, we go way past the basics. We talk about the difference between conventional lending vs. hard money lending, different products that direct brokers offer vs. the type of loans offered by retail banks such as Wells and B of A, and much more.
You can connect with Robert on IG @robertdrenk and with OFM @optimumfirst
