Episode 21” The Unity of the Trinity “ Series: “Step into His Presence”

There is no rivalry between God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Welcome to Episode 21 of our segment on the Holy Spirit, "The Unity of the Trinity."
In a previous podcast, we discussed that God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are not rivals but united as One. We must understand this because when we pray, we need complete confidence that the Holy Spirit is taking our request to the throne of God as our intercessor here on Earth.
We explore how the Holy Spirit was treated as if He were not part of the Godhead, the heresies that led to this exclusion, a man named Tertullian who gave the Holy Spirit His proper place in the Godhead, coining the word "Trinity"; and supporting scriptures that show the "Unity of the Trinity."

Thank you for joining us today. And join us next time for another segment on the Holy Spirit as we “Step into His Presence.”
In closing, if you have not received Jesus as your Savior and Lord, today would be a good day to do so. Romans 10:9 says, if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead, you shall be saved, that is, saved from a life of sinning against God to a life of serving Him and spending eternity with Him.

Married five times and still in search of peace, comfort, and security. Then she met a man who said He would be her Peace, He would be her Comforter and He would be her Provider. That man was Jesus and the woman was a Samaritan whom we know as the Woman at the Well. At one time, she was the object of scorn, but her scorn became her testimony, and those who heard her testimony became Believers in Jesus.

Today, we will expound on the truth and destroy another myth about a so-called bad girl of the Bible.

CGM Presents: In the Word Podcast - Episode 5, "Unmasking the Enemy" Empowered Through Fasting and Prayer
play

Send us a text

Most of us have seen the Mission Impossible movies and some of us are old enough to have seen the television series. There is one significant scene in almost every movie and many TV episodes where a fake, rubber mask is used to disguise the good guys to look like one of the bad guys. In other words, you did not always know who the real enemy was. That’s what we are going to talk about today. Who is the real enemy when it comes to spiritual warfare in fasting and prayer? We encourage you to email us with your personal testimonies on fasting. We will give details on how to contact us and how to access past episodes referenced in today’s presentation. My name is Stephanie Wright and this is Episode 5, “Unmasking the Enemy” in our series Empowered Through Fasting.

Before we get started, if you have not already listened to Episode 1, in this series entitled, “Nothing is Impossible with God,” please do so. It provides scriptures, some basic foundational principles, contemporary examples of fasting with prayer, and caveats on how to fast.

So, who is the real enemy when we talk about being empowered to wage spiritual warfare through fasting and prayer. Well, of course, we all know the enemy from the beginning of time was the devil. It started in the garden of Eden with the temptation of Adam and Eve.

But, today, well, we are going to talk about another enemy. That enemy is us. We can sometimes be our own worst enemy when it comes to submitting to a fast. We sabotage our fast by not being obedient when the Spirit says fast; we sabotage our fast when we compromise with the Spirit on the fast; and we sabotage our fast when we are not sincere (we fast for the wrong reasons). Now, you may not do any of these things but listen anyway so you can be a help to someone else.

So, be empowered through the Holy Spirit and do not be your worst enemy. Obey the call to fast, don’t compromise, and remember the purpose is to do the will of God and in so doing, we will destroy the works of the devil.

Now, let’s listen as Apostle Charles gives details on how to contact us and listen to past episodes. And please send an email to [email protected] with your accounts of how fasting has helped you. God bless.

Episode 10, Revelation 6, “Six Seals Revealed”

Hello and welcome to our series, “Revelation Expectations.” Today’s Episode 10, Part 1, is entitled “The Four Horsemen and the Four Seals” We are your hosts for today's presentation, Apostle Charles Wright and Dr. Stephanie Wright, D.Jur.

We invite you to listen to the previous episode and if you are just joining us, listen to Episode 1, as well. Today's episode explains the four horsemen, the Tribulation, and the Great Tribulation among other topics.
Jesus told John in Chapter 1:19, to write about the things which he had seen, which were now, and which are to come. Jesus also said in Revelation 1:3, we are blessed if we read and hear the words that He told John to write about and send to the seven churches listed in Chapters 1-3. We are the church, and that message is to us. Jesus’ words that “the time is at hand,” are very important because we do not know when He will return. Chapter 1:7 says, “Behold, he comes with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.” This alludes to the previous chapters we covered because in those chapters, those who receive Jesus as their Savior and Lord are caught up to meet him in the air or raptured when He returns. Read I Thessalonians 4:16-17. If you have invited Jesus into your heart and know Him as your Savior and Lord, you do not need to fear the end times or the Tribulation period that begins with today’s chapter and goes through Chapter 18. If you have not invited Jesus into your heart, now would be a good time to do so. That is a good lead into today’s presentation about, “The Four Horsemen and the Four Seals.”

Charles George Missions Presents: Day 8 – Christmas Podcast – “Promise Fufilled”

Hello and welcome to Day 8, of CGMissions Christmas Podcast. Today’s podcast is entitled “Promises Fulfilled.” These podcasts which started on December 1 and will go through December 25, are brought to encourage you as we celebrate the birth of Jesus. Today, we will see how God kept His promise to two people who waited patiently and trusted Him for their prayer to be answered. Stay with us to the end of this podcast because we always play a portion of the Christmas CD, “We Love Christmas” some of which you hear playing in the background now.

But first, we will start with what is known as our Memory Share in which a person shares a favorite Christmas memory or gift. Today, Vivian from St. Louis will share her favorite Christmas memory and gift.
Today we learn that God always keeps His promises. One of the overriding themes of this Christmas podcast is that when Jesus came to this earth, He brought with Him all the promises of God; he brought everything we need to live life abundantly. John 10:10b. We may grow impatient and think He has forgotten us but, unlike man, God does not forget. We are going to look at two people who waited for many years to see God fulfill His promise to them and those two people are Anna and Simeon.

Our scriptures are found in Luke 2:25‐27 and 36‐38.

"The Anointing"
"The anointing breaks the yoke."

Welcome to Season 13 of our podcast, "Stay in His Presence." This year, the podcasts will focus on the Holy Spirit. We will cover 26 of His attributes, going through the alphabet from "A" to "Z."

Before we start, let's have a one-minute review of why we honor the Holy Spirit this year. Then, we will proceed to the ABCs of the Holy Spirit.

My name is Stephanie Wright. Welcome to Episode 1, "The Anointing"

The Lord impressed on me late last year to turn our attention to the Holy Spirit in 2025. In summary, we discussed how the Holy Spirit has not been given the recognition He deserves as the third person in the Godhead. We covered His purpose as our intercessor here on earth and as our advocate with the Father and Son in heaven.
When man was created and God said, "Let us make man in our image," (Genesis 1:26), it proved that the Holy Spirit was one with the Father and Son. Thus, there is no rivalry between them.
In another episode, we explained how a second-century writer, Tertullian defended the Holy Spirit as being One with the Father and Son. He coined the term "Trinity," and his teachings unequivocally stated that God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost were Three Gods in One.

We hope you grow closer to the Holy Spirit as we honor Him by studying His characteristics, "A" to "Z." First is "A," which stands for "Anointing." Our scriptures are from the Old Testament, Isaiah 61:1, Isaiah 10:27, and the New Testament, Luke 4:18.

When Jesus stood in the temple in Luke, Chapter 4, and said the Spirit of God was upon him and the Spirit anointed Him to do all the things listed in Luke 4:18—mirroring what was said in Isaiah 61:1-2—he was saying the "anointing breaks the yoke."

The anointing brings whatever we need, whether healing, peace, hope, joy, or anything good from God.

The anointing is a special endowment from God that delivers from bondage and empowers the believer to do the work assigned to her or him. We need the anointing of the Holy Spirit to do God's will. The Holy Spirit also resides in us to help guide us daily in our assigned missions.

Like Jesus, we are anointed to do the work and even greater works, as expressed in John 14:12.

To summarize, "A" stands for "The Anointing." We all need the anointing to be like Jesus and do what Jesus did—preach the gospel to the poor; heal the brokenhearted, preach deliverance to the captives, recover sight to the blind, and set at liberty those who are bruised.

This concludes this episode and segues into a special invitation for you. If you have not received Jesus as your Savior and Lord, today would be a good day to do so. Romans 10:9 says, "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead, you shall be saved, that is, saved from a life of sinning against God to a life of serving Him and spending eternity with Him."

Thank you for joining us today. Join us next time for another segment on the Holy Spirit as we "Stay into His Presence.
