The leaders of successful businesses understand that the purpose of their business is to create customers. This was first defined by Peter Drucker in his landmark book "The Practice of Management" in 1954 and is even more pertinent today. In this episode I cover 3 key areas that every business leader should focus on to profitably create and maintian customers. The principles apply equally to 'for profit' and 'not-for-profit' organisations. Organisations are built to provide a return to the stakeholders by fulfilling the requirements of those they serve.
