The Armada Alliance is a band of Stake Pool Operators dedicated to running their Stake Pools on ARM based hardware, and Wael is a guy who does that thing I just wrote.
We have a discussion about what all that entails, since I myself am pretty unacquainted with the subject, and we also get into the business and marketing side of Stake Pools as a job/career.

Phil is heavily involved in as much as he can be when it comes to the Project Catalyst proposal funding and voting process. In addition to his work as a CA/VCA he has also started some of his own proposals and projects that are up for decision in Fund 4. We also spend a great deal of time discussing some of the potential of the community, how to be involved, and the easier ways to participate with the lowest barriers to entry.
