Heitmann has served as the co-chair of the Federal Communications Bar Associations’ (FCBA) Privacy and Data Security Committee and as co-chair of the FCBA’s State and Local Practice Committee. Jameson Dempsey now serves as Government Affairs Counsel at Loon, an Alphabet Company.
