CaféLingo Podcast - Episode 6 - Matthew Piper on the Explore Program and Kingdom Leadership
Hello again listeners! In this episode, third-year Outdoor Leadership student Matthew Piper of Prairie Bible College and I discuss the vision, purpose, and experience of going through Prairie College's Outdoor Leadership program. In this episode we talk about what Explore is, who might be interested, and what someone might get out of it. Explore is a leadership incubator whose purpose is to "Cultivate Kingdom Leaders" ready for service in the Kingdom of God. It's primary goal is the transformation of the inner person to be one who "naturally and easily" (see YouTube video by program director Dennis Landon here) obeys the great commandment to love God with everything one is (Matthew 22:34-37). It incorporates outdoor training, leadership skills and biblical education all in one program to serve the purpose of glorifying God through well-defined, non-anxious leadership in a world full of manipulative leadership tactics and constant anxiety built into its system. Thanks again to Meshach Tarr for the new outro jingle, and to Jeff Sutherland (Explore alum and my dad) for helping sponsor the new microphone!
Check out Explore's page on the Prairie College website here.
Check out Meshach (The Vinyl Record)'s music here.

And my blog here at https://judahsutherland.com (you can also read some of the papers I've written as part of the Explore program in my blog posts)!
