The streets of 'Toronto the Good' in the 1950's were terrorized by a boy on a bike. He would abduct small children and leave their tortured bodies out in the open to be discovered. Peter Woodcock was captured and declared insane, but 50 years of psychiatric treatment and changing his name could not cure his psychotic urges. This Krueger was a real life nightmare!
