ADHD Tips:
1. Use your calendar on your phone for your appointments, and set a reminder for the day before so you are able to get a notification reminding you the day prior.
Make your To-Do List the evening before so you have a sense of direction first thing in the morning and will help you know ahead of time how busy of a day you will have the night before.
While making your To-Do List, reference your calendar again just in case you forgot already after getting the notification about your appointments.
2. If you find yourself lacking the motivation to do something on your To-Do List, see if there is a way that you can multi-task while completing it- i.e. listen to an audio book for school if you are in school, or even listen to a podcast of music while working.
Also, another option would be to give yourself intervals of work and breaks. I would suggest starting at 15 minutes hyper focusing on getting the work done, and then taking a 15 minute break. Use a timer so you don't loose track of time. If you need to start as low as 5 minutes, just make sure that you are really focused during that time, and you will be surprised at how much you can get accomplished.
3. When it comes to organization, try to eliminate that from your mind at least temporarily and instead try focusing on Decluttering! If you don't have the space for everything you have, no matter how much you try to clean and organize, it will still be cluttered and it won't turn out the way you really want it to be. Dana K. White has a podcast called "A Slob Comes Clean" as well as a YouTube channel, and multiple books she has written that goes into great detail and I would highly recommend checking her out. I will link her podcast here:

Lastly, again with organizing, I have found that keeping track of your scheduling on your calendar has also helped me recognize the busier days that I tend to have routinely versus the days during the week that are a bit slower and has less that I have to do, use that to your knowledge to help plan or schedule your time more wisely as well as to not overwhelm yourself when you are making your To-Do List.
