When her second child was born, Stephanie Niemis decided to switch gears from math teacher to stay at home mom. While raising her family, she realized the importance of the food she was feeding her children and decided to educate herself through earning her certification as a holistic nutritionist.

Always a teacher, Stephanie wanted to share this information with other moms who also wanted to ensure they were giving their kids healthy and delicious foods. So she snapped a pic of her dinner plate and posted it on social media.

Fast forward to four years later, Stephanie is still sharing her healthy food ideas and is now a full-time recipe developer and influencer (with nearly 100K followers on Instagram alone!).

Stephanie shares her journey including how she’s evolved along the way, almost quit and manages with not-so-nice comments that come with greater visibility on social media.
