Bucks County Bytes - No Limits-Ed from MapMyFitness & MapMyRun Proves Age is a Mindset, Fitness Should Never Stop

No Limits-Ed from MapMyFitness & MapMyRun Proves Age is a Mindset, Fitness Should Never Stop

Bucks County Bytes

Bucks County Bytes is happy to introduce to you my friend, Ed Baumstark from MapMyFitness and MapMyRun, Under Armour, one of my fitness apps that I have been using since 2013.
Ed has always been my mentor as far as making one push the limit. I love using the app as it gives me the incentive to keep pushing every day, no matter what, to make sure I move. Ed would be up early in the am, out walking Ryder his beautiful dog, biking for many many miles, and just logging in multiple workouts a day. It's the motivational spirit that he has to give everyone, as he just pushes you to get out the door seeing those rides, walks, and keeping everything in such a positive spirit.
There were many years in there that I didn't log any workouts as there were some difficult years and I now realize that no matter what the situation, or age, or condition one is in, fitness is a must.
I asked Ed onto my podcast as he has the gift of fitness to share with many. Ed is a senior, but you wouldn't know it as his mindset is strong and he is a very wise and knowledgeable man who has known workouts his whole life. You could say Ed was a trendsetter, as he was a long-distance runner way back in the '70s before there was such a thing called bottled water and hydration packets. He is authentic, original, spiritual, and has healed himself by fitness and much more.
Have a listen to Ed speak on his first podcast, as his wisdom is shared with my audience, his friends and family, and all of our wonderful acquaintances on MMF and MMR.
Thank you Ed for sharing your story!

Tarra Gundrum: Author, Adventurer, Motivator, Inspiration - Finding My Possible

Bucks County Bytes welcomes you Tarra Gundrum, author of Finding My Possible and the most inspirational, adventurer, motivator, amazing woman that just will change the way you look at life!
Sometimes we meet people by chance, and they can change our world by looking at one's life from a different perspective. Tarra makes that possible.
I met Tarra by chance. Because I was searching and found Emily Ford, hiking the 1200 mile Ice Age Trail, I found Tarra Gundrum.
Tarra is a huge adventurer and inspirational woman that far exceeded what I ever imagined!
While searching, and then interviewing Emily Ford, Ice Age Trail, I found Tarra who actually was on the trail with Emily, hiking and interviewing her on her TGunn's Adventures YouTube site.
Of course, I decided to find out more about this woman who was hiking the Ice Age Trail with Emily, and wow! Was not expecting all that I found out!
Tarra is someone that is regarded as a rare breed...a rare find...someone that doesn't fit the "standards", as I was told this long ago, "they broke the mold when they made you" -yes Tarra, they broke the mold when they made you too... so yes, Tarra brings to us a refreshing conversation and the most inspirational talk on Bucks County Bytes.
Tarra the Adventure seeker, US Marine Corps, Black Belt Martial Arts Instructor Trainer, and Drill instructor. Triathlete, Century Bicyclist, Mentor, Bicycle Tourist, Author...and soon to be podcast host!
So join us as we hear the inspiration behind Tarra Gundrum and plan to be inspired!
Thank you Tarra Gundrum for being you! Dare to inspire. Dare to Dream. Dare to Do. Tarra makes it all possible.

Scott Goldstein-Medically Necessary Transportation for the Elderly, Veterans, Differently Abled-Helping Scott Help Others

Bucks County Bytes presents to you, friend, a former colleague in driving, Scott Goldstein, and a person who has helped thousands of people get to where they need to during a crisis. His help in transportation for hospital necessity, doctor appointments, wheelchair-bound, Veteran's assistance, and so much more.
Scott has been a long time friend, and we met years ago as the original Uber drivers. In PA and NJ, Uber started out in 2014 and we were one of the very few that started on the platform. Years later, my business took on another lifeform, as well as Scott's, as he became one of the few drivers that were able to handle wheelchair-bound clients, transport the wheelchairs and handle the Philadelphia region transport jobs for Uber and Lyft.
Listen to Scott's story as he talks about how his help and support for many go beyond just driving, and now during the pandemic, he needs your help and support for a medically necessary vehicle to help the people that need it the most.
Bucks County Bytes podcast reaches an audience that can help him in his plight so he can continue to help those in need.
