Bubbling Out.

Bubbling Out.

Emily Rose Dallara

welcome to bubbling out, the podcast for business owners, founders, and leaders who want successful businesses + to feel good whilst running them.

we’re not another business podcasts and we’re definitely not a textbook leadership podcast hosted by loud white men in suits.

we don’t just talk about building teams, improving decision-making skills, work-life balance, or burnout.

but we do focus on the real reason all of those things feel harder than they should: your nervous system, stress habits, and trauma biology, the invisible forces secretly running your business (and sometimes running you, into the ground).

every episode hands you the exact tools, stories & rituals you need to:
→ stop micromanaging, not because some leadership book said so, but because your body finally knows it’s safe to let go

→ make decisions fast—not because you hacked productivity, but because your brain isn’t fried from overthinking every damn thing

→ trust your team—without secretly rewriting their work at midnight

→ feel clear-headed walking into every meeting—not because you prepped for hours, but because your nervous system isn’t dragging last week’s stress into today’s call

→ actually taste your coffee—because your body isn’t already bracing for something to break

→ protect your energy—not with bubble baths, but by rewiring how your body holds pressure in real time

→ stop thinking you have to choose between biz growth and feeling good—because your business grows at the speed your nervous system can hold

business leadership isn’t what you know—it’s how you show up.

and the way you show up bubbles out into every decision, every deadline, every conversation, and every result.

if you want a business that moves fast, works efficiently, and feels good to lead—hit subscribe.

business success starts in your body,

because it’s not the strategy that makes it work, it’s your nervous system.

In this episode we discuss the much debated topic we are seeing on our Linkedin feeds right now- the absence of GREAT user experience or product marketing in Web 3. I am a product marketer by trade and have been doing this a good while now, for exchanges, launchpads and Metaverse products and time and time again I see the same things occur; Lack of understanding around who to hire to take a product to market and most importantly teams not understanding why they need product marketing, or what even a product marketer is.

If you’re a marketing leader, c-suite or a founder in Web 3, this episode breaks down why we have a problem, how we can fix it and how this will ultimately set us ahead of every other project NOT getting it right in Web 3 and the blockchain space.

Please send me your feedback via dm @emilyinweb3 on Instagram, share the episode on your stories and tag me and drop me a rating and review! Your reviews make sure my podcast is heard by as many women working in web 3 as possible!

In this episode, I talk to Akina Ho, Global Head of Business Consultancy and Lead Ambassador for AsiaPacific at the AllStarsWomen DAO.

She is helping to build a network of female ( and male! ) investors from both Web 2 and Web 3 who want to safely and fairly invest in Web 3 projects and businesses + get a ton of perks from doing so.

In the show, we discussed what AllStarsWomen DAO is and the problems it’s solving like; transparency in the due diligence process, having affordable buy-in's so anyone can invest, and giving members and projects free access to a team of business strategists and VC’s.

Akina is a Web 2 ‘baby’ and we spoke about how Web 2 and Web 3 differs in terms of inclusivity and really gave clarity on what we MUST learn and take from Web 2 to be successful with Web 3.

It was a really interesting chat and if you’re working in Web 3 or even Web 2 and want to learn more about the concept of collective investing with a bunch of super connected women or having access to a pool of ready to go investors for your project, this one's for you!

Bubbling Out. - Episode #6 Find your why
play

10/10/22 • 14 min

In this week's show I touch on something all of us struggle with at one point or another.
Finding our WHY.
That why, that one thing, that motivation that keeps us showing up time and time again to our jobs, our businesses, ourselves and our relationships.
In Web 3 it’s easy to get that overwhelming feeling of ‘wanting to be good at everything’, wanting to know everything, wanting to jump on all the trends, but then you end up kind of stretched, not feeling like you know anything at all.
If that sounds like you, you have to listen to this episode.
I take you through my journey of finding my one true WHY and how that’s constantly evolving, how that makes me feel every day and how that helps me not give a F*UCK what anyone else thinks about what I am or aren’t doing- or even how much I know- because here’s a secret...NOBODY is an expert in Web 3.
Listen in to hear more tips and insights that have helped me and many others become successful leaders in this industry over the last 7 years.

Your revenue problems aren’t because of your team's performance. They’re because of your nervous system.

If you plan to work on strategy, but end up firefighting execution issues instead...
If you’ve built systems, hired smart people, and things still aren’t moving fast enough...

Your team isn’t the problem. Your default stress response is.

Inside this episode, we cover:
- Why execution keeps breaking down—even with the right people in place
- How your nervous system state is directly controlling execution speed & revenue
- A simple somatic tracking exercise to start shifting things today

If you want execution to move faster, smoother, and without you constantly checking in, this is the shift you need.

And if you take anything away from today: learn to do somatic self-inquiry please!
