For episode 14, we sat down with Ryan Stolt, Owner of Bloomer Brewing Company, in Bloomer, WI. We talked about how Ryan's father, Dan, started the brewery after Ryan got him hooked on home brewing. Bloomer Brewing tries to keep it local with where they source their ingredients from, to collaborating with a couple different local businesses to create a beer for them.
