We had a lively conversation about the inception of Hop & Barrel and how Brian and Justin's background in brewing, and their slightly different directions in the industry helped shape this popular and growing brewery. We also talked about the recent opening of the second Hop & Barrel brewery, in Spring Valley, MN. Brian is BJCP judge and Justin has won many homebrewing competition medals.
