Breaking the Borderline & Sensitivity Stigma

Breaking the Borderline & Sensitivity Stigma

Kristin Nicole

Join host Kristin Nicole as she dispels the false and damaging stigmas of being a person diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and life as an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person). Kristin provides insight as to how to create that much needed protective emotional skin so that you can create a life worth living AND learn to thrive despite these challenges. This podcast is meant to give hope, tips, and coaching to those who have been diagnosed with BPD, may think they have BPD, or identify as being an HSP or deeply feeling individual (because let's face it...when it comes to sensitivity, we all battle similar challenges navigating a world that was not designed for us).
