Luke Dale-Roberts needs no introduction, he's a world-renowned top chef who's taken the culinary scene by storm from the time he ventured into Asia to expand his palette right to when he moved to South Africa, taking La Colombe to new heights - getting the restaurant to rank on the global World's 50 Best within 2 years.
