Today's unscripted conversation is with the highly inspiring and much-loved CEO of Momentum Investo, Stanley Gabriel, we cover everything from his upbringing, his chilling encounters with death, and how his deep well of integrity and values came to be. He is not your average financial services CEO, he shows up as himself in every scenario, often wearing West African attire with painted nails to sit in EXCO meetings - but even more notable, Stanley credits his success to this level of self-acceptance and self-celebration and wishes this emancipation of the authentic self for others around him too. Luke Dale-Roberts needs no introduction, he's a world-renowned top chef who's taken the culinary scene by storm from the time he ventured into Asia to expand his palette right to when he moved to South Africa, taking La Colombe to new heights - getting the restaurant to rank on the global World's 50 Best within 2 years. Armed with a gleaming resume, he set off to open his own venture: enter The Test Kitchen, this was the era that propelled Dale-Roberts to meteoric success - from notching 12th on the World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards, to a six-year reign atop the Eat Out restaurant awards list (aka South Africa's restaurant Oscars), resulting in a slew of haunts he opened off the back of his success. The Shortmarket Club, TTK Fledgling, the newly opened The Test Kitchen Carbon in Joburg as well as the award-winning, The Pot Luck Club. He is heralded by the industry as one of the stalwarts and has single-handedly sprouted and inspired his own new generation of top chefs. Armed with an even firmer dedication to fitness and mental well-being, Dale-Roberts is showing no signs of slowing down as he gears up to open a new spot this festive season.

Chef Ryan Cole was once known as the Head Chef of the famous The Test Kitchen that played a hand in putting South African cuisine on the global culinary map is now a bonafide name in his own right. Since the days at 'Test', Ryan has gone to open his own restaurant, Salsify at The Roundhouse where he continued his streak by taking his new spot to the top 10 restaurant list in the country in its first year of operation. We chat about everything that came before the celebrated top chef he is today. Let's break!
