Maurice Philogene is a real estate investor working with apartment complexes in the U.S. but developing land in the Mediterranean. In his early 20s, he knew he wasn’t destined to sit behind a desk for the rest of his life. He picked up Personal Finance for Dummies, where he read a passage about passive income, and it resonated. He began buying condos and single-family homes, and by 2014, he was generating more money through this passive revenue than in his job. But life isn’t just about money; true wealth is about freedom. He is now living a freedom lifestyle and is an example of how to make progress, be financially free, happy, and feel alive in life.

When your passive revenue exceeds your ideal standard of living, you are successful. You are financially free.
