there was a woman that lived in the most quietest part of the town that people swear No one else lived there but her, she seemed to like it and it was just fine with her. But she wasn't the only one, it was just at the town itself was very, very quiet because no one spoke to one another there. And why couldn't they speak to one another? Because they all participated and signed a bill that said if they could live somewhere where they want it very quietly and no one bothered them. As long as they never spoke to one another about one single thing, then they'd be where they wanted to be.
